How to remove unwelcome software

Hi,

When I access Internet, some unwelcome software downloaded to my computer
automatically. But I could not remove them from add/remove program in Control
Panel. Even I could not remove some of them from Registry Editor in Safe
Mode. The error message shows Access deny.
Every time when I start computer, Symantec anti-virus always popup warning,
and found some adware.

Could someone here help me to remove these software?
