How to open different switchboards acoording to login name?

I was wondering if there is a way to open switchboards (or forms) according
to the user...

I know how to create switchboards or how to create a form and make it work
like a switchboard; but what i want is, according to the login name to the
computer, it should open different switchboards/forms at start up... is it
possible?

In a macro named Autoexec you can use conditions baser on UserID to open
different ones.
Autoexec macro runs a startup unless you hold down the shift key.

two questions:
1- Do I have to create Autoexec or it already exists? (If it exists I
couldnt find it, where is it?)
2- What do you mean by "UserID", is it a keyword? if not, how do I get the
user's username?
