How to obtain bcupdate2 utility to rectify missing NTLDR

According to the Windows Troubleshooting i have to contact Microsoft Product
Support to obtain a bcupdate2 utility. Does anyone have any idea how i can
obtain this utility. If i want to get support i need to provide my PID and i
can't get my PID because i can't even startup my PC.
Please help!!

Using Windows XP Home Edition

Contect PS as described in the MSKB article. They can help you even if
you are not able to start Windows.
