How to migrate users from NT 4.0 server to Windows 2003 Server ?

Hi,
I have windows NT 4.0 server and it does not have more space and now we
brought new server which is Windows 2003 server. Now how do I migrate all
users from NT 4.0 to new Win 2003 server?
