How to make wmv file from existing JPEG images in C#.net?

Hi

I am developing a video capture application in C#.net.Presently i captured
live video through webcam and saved it as a JPEG images,Now i want to make a
wmv file with those images.

Is it possible?If yes,Please give the solution or source code for this.
