How to make my email address appear to another address

I have web based service with comcast, but I now have a permanent email
account with my college as an alumni that will forward to any address I have.
In my comcast page I have my email showing as the alumni address, but how do
I get it to show when using outlook?

Go into the e-mail account you defined in Outlook and put whatever you
want in the E-mail Address field.
