changing return address

I am using an email forwarding service offered to alumni from my college; I
will be sending out email from my own account. I plan to change email
accounts to avoid junk. How can I get outlook use the return address of the
forwarding service instead of my own account?

Change the Reply To address in the settings for that account in Outlook.
