How to Import address list in MSWord to Outlook

Can someone explain the easiest way to take a one column list of names and
addresses, etc., in MSWord and get them into Outlook.
Would one need to import to type them all into Excel and then somehow import
to Outlook.

You will need to convert them into "row" format in Excel and then you
Import into Contacts.
