The message you received referred to "macros," not "micros." To enable
macros, go to Tools | Macros | Security and set the security level to
Medium. You will then get a dialog permitting you to enable the macros. If
you also, on the Trusted Sources tab of that dialog, check the box for
"Trust all installed templates and add-ins," then the macros in any
templates in your user templates and workgroup templates folders and in
Word's Startup folder will be enabled automatically. Unfortunately, this
trust does not extend to add-ins in the Office Startup folder, but you may
get a dialog allowing you to trust the publisher of the template.

Before you enable macros in a given document, be very sure that you trust
the source of the document. It would appear that either the document itself
or the template on which it is based contains a FilePrint or
FilePrintDefault macro that takes over the built-in Word command. This may
do something useful, but be very sure of this before enabling it.
