How to download Service Pack 3 for Office 2000 without SR-1 ?

Office 2000 was already installed on my PC when it was received. I need to
update with Service Pack 3, but can't get past the requirement to insert OEM
disc SR-1, as I did not receive that disc. How do I update?

Suggest you check with whoever supplied you the PC with Microsoft Office
2000 SR-1 pre-installed for the original CDs.

You need these CDs if you want to update / repair / re-install Office.

BTW, you posted to the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft
Access (a database application), not general computer "access". Suggest you
re-post in the (general) "Office" newsgroup.
