How do I install Service Pack 3 without my original CD?

I downloaded the Service Pack 3, and it asks for my Microsoft 2000 SR-1 CD to
finish the installation. Unfortunately, I do not have that CD. So, what do
I do now?

Is it also telling you exactly what file(s) it is needing from the
installation disk??

If so, post them and see if you can connect with someone and ftp or
otherwise transfer the needed files to you.

Then when it asks, re-route it to look for the files on whatever hard drive,
folder(s) etc. you saved the files to. I've done this installing two
service packs and a couple patches with a friend of mine whom has the disk,
but I'm using 98SE, so I wouldn't be an appropriate source for you.
First of all, check and see if it will allow you to redirect where it is
looking, in the sequence. If it does, you can do it my way. If it doesn't,
and just "demands" that disk, etc. then you're still looking for an answer
and sorry.

Thank you for the follow up. The installation that it is asking for is from
the Microsoft Word 2000 SR-1 Disk...and it looks to me like it is looking for
a file called Data1.msi Can anyone help me with that?
