How to delete undeletable files?

I tried using the kill explorer.exe and command prompt method, didnt work. Im
trying to delete some Acrobat 4.0 files becuase in order to install acrobat
7.0 it has to delete those files but the installation program says it cant
delete them. When i try to delete them manually it says access is denied, and
same thing in command prompt.

You can try deleting them from Safe Mode. If that doesn't work, you can try
