I tried to do a repair, and I also ran the diagnostic and nothing has fixed
it. There is a disabled Item that I do not recall installing.

Tried? Where did you get stuck?
Do things work correctly when you uninstall it?

I only did the initial upgrade and haven't installed any add-ons. This same
problem occurred to a co-worker as well. It doesn't happen right away, it
comes up a few weeks after the initial upgrade.

Problem Solved!

I had a co-worker sign onto my machine and they were able to access Outlook
without any errors. I deleted my profile after backing up my files and
settings and the issues is resolved. Thanks for taking the time to help.

Hi Angie!
I found a solution to this problem a couple weeks ago. A uninstall / Install
