How to customize IE toolbar? Like the new feature
provided by www.google.com recently? How can I create a
executable script/program to allow users to install this
toolbar (hotbar) on the top of the Internet Explorer?

toolbar called "hotbar" i believe is "spyware" and you do
not want it on your computer.
