How to"Create an association in the Folder Options control panel" fora pps? Help!

URBAN

Hello,
When I am in my Outlook Express and receive an email with a pps and
when I want to open that pps, a message appears with a loud"bang"
saying
"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing
this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control
panel
Please note that there is no "Open With" available among different
possibilities(if available, I would've solved the problem).
I have no problem opening that pps when I am on my Provider (aol, in
my case) and use its email service.
So please let me know how I can open that same pps on my Outlook
Express .
Thanking you in advance,
Yours,
Urban
