How to Create a new contacts folder with a rule to select from the main contacts

Please HELP!

I have a big Contacts folder (2000 addresses) and I would like to
create a new contacts folder with just a selection from the main
folder.

Of course I can copy and paste but, and this is the difficult part, I
would ike to mantain it syncronised the new folder with the main one
with a filter (or a rule).

So that all the new insertions in the main contacts that satisfy the
rule will be copied in the new folder.

Can anyone help?
