How to create a LAN or a peer to peer network through normal Dialup
connection two home based Computers?

I want to connect two windows Xp computers(computer A and B) using a
Phoneline(dialup connection).

I want have a LAN or a peer to peer network through normal Dialup
connection ,so computers are directly communicate with each other and do not
require a server to manage it.

I want To play games that do not support dialup gaming but support LAN and
internet only through Dialup a connection.

And also:

•Use one computer to secure your entire network and protect your Internet
connection.
•Share one Internet connection with all of the computers on the network.
•Work on files stored on any computer on the network.
•Share printers with all of the computers on the network.

read more about networking here:

To achieve what you describe it is easiest [as to the point of setup,
configuration and support, plus cost], to connect the two PCs using a simple
CAT5 cable [with crossover]. Most PCs today have an inbuilt ethernet
adapter, or else you may need to buy one for <$20. One PC will have the
Internet connection and using Windows ICS will allow the second PC to access
its internet connection. The two PCs can share files, folders, printers etc
[subject to the capabailities of each component; not all printers can be
shared and the same applies to scanners].

If you have more than 2 PCs buy a network switch and connect each one
directly to the switch.

Use Help and Support in XP and search under Home Networking. Lots of good
information at your fingertips.
