How to configure attchemnet to ask you before open it either to s.

when i click on excel attachemnt it asks by pop up window either to open or
save but only attachment in word format does not ask as i removed the check
box once by mistake.

i need to configure back to ask, but unable to find any option to configure
it back even office help says go to options then security and check open as
read only but the option does not exist

Look under 'Control Panel|Folder Options|File Types' for the affected file
name extension type (.doc for a Word file). Select the affected file type,
and then click "Advanced". Make sure that the "Confirm open after download"
check box is selected for that file type.
