Identity message popup everytime I open outlook

When ever i am trying to open my outlook,i am getting a window that asks to
logoff identity or to configure Identity,I tried the option to Logoff but the
next time i open the Outlook ,it asks for the same thing,So next time I
select the configure the identity option,closed the outlook and open it
again ,but
still i am getting the same window which ask to Logoff or configure your
Identity,What shall I do to get rid of this message window at Outlook
startup,i am using Outlook 2003

Are you sure you are using Office's Outlook and not Windows' Outlook Express?
Outlook doesn't have Identities. And OE is not the same as Outlook, despite
the name similarity. Outlook has Profiles, which you set up when you first
configure Outlook.
