How to check SNMP Master Agent is installed in My system...

Hi,
Am very new to this forum. Am using Windows XP Service pack2. How can
i check whether SNMP Master Agent & SNMP sub Agent are installed in my system.

If it is not installed... how to install SNMP Master Agent and SNMP Sub
Agents ? Please provide useful links.
