How to change tray icons size in XP-home

Greetings smart people,
tell me please, how to change the size of the tray icons in the task bar?
(XP-home)

In Win98 the size of the tray icons was associated with the size of the
caption buttons.
Display properties -> Appearance -> Captions Buttons

But I can't change the size of the tray icons in XP for a second day now
;-)!
From 98SE professional I became XP rookie ;-)))
Please help!

It works OK for me!

Do *any* icons on your Taskbar change?

All icons on my Taskbar (except [Start]) change size.

It may help if you download, instal and then run this tool...

(Repair/Customize Quick Launch, Taskbar and Notification Area)

Navigate to [Repair Taskbar Icon Views]

Then try to change the size of Captions Buttons again.
