How to change product key from trial version

I set up Windows 2000 Advanced server using a 120-day
trial version product key. Now, I have purchased a valid
license and desire to use it on the machine I have the
trial running on. How do I change the product key?

Hello Greg,

You will need to upgrade the evaluation copy of Windows with the retail
version. Since it is an upgrade, it will not affect the applications that
you have installed. However, you will need to reinstall your service pack
and security updates.
