How to change ISP e-mail

I have switched ISP from cox.net. I uninstalled cox. Now when I want to
send a link via outlook express it keeps telling me "error cannot connect" to
cox.net. Well that is true! Tried looking for e-mail accounts on tools
menu. No such thing. HELP

what did you do to "uninstall" Cox? did you create a new account for the new
isp?
