How to activate Community Features

I'v here a freshly installed Vista, connected (after patching and GPO
Settings) to SBS2003.
I have Windows Mail configured for news.microsoft.com and in there
subscribed for some newsgroups.
Community features are activated (Options). But I can't see any of the
features in any newsgroup.
What went wrong? Some security settings not allowing the community feature
be read and written?

How to activate it?

Reason found: I used news.microsoft.com instead of msnews.microsoft.com
