How many modems are supported?

I though I read somewhere here that the fax service only supports two
modems.

Can someone validate this.

How many fax modems are supported on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition?

From Software angle, there is no limit on devices for Win2003 Enterprise
Edition. For server 2003.
