How Long Does install take

I have Vista RC1
I get it to come up to the screen with the Green Scroll thing going across
saying Please Wait under it. Now i left it on that screen for an hour...
the bar kept moving.. but nothing else... anyone else have this problem...
and how long does it take to install vista. Does a Raid 0 Configuration make
a difference... OR Sata

My System
MSI K9N SLI Platinum
AMD Athlon 64 3800+
2x 1gig OCZ 667mhz RAM
2x 160gig SATAII Western Digital
1x 250gig SATAII Western Digital
Sound Blaster X-FI

You didn't tell us if this is an Upgrade or a Clean Install. Upgrading tends
to take much longer than a Clean Install which should complete in under an
hour on most modern machines. Upgrading times vary widely from 1 hour to
overnight.

Sorry.. It was going to be a clean install
formatted the drive i was going to use...

but it didn't seem to find the drive or something
