How do you turn off pchealth ??

I have read a lot of inquiries about disabling the files that are put
into "windows\pchealth\helpctr\datacoll". I am using win xp, most
answers I have seen have to do with win ME.
I do not see any reference to pchealth in MSCONFIG.
Also I have no scheduled tasks in task mgr. Can someone tell me what
to disable to prevent the collection of data in this directory?

I am pretty sure that data is related to System Restore. If you want to
stop data collection, disable System Restore.
