How do you move images on the master slide if there locked?

I need to unlock images on what I think are on the master slide. Maybe the
images are on another layer? I'm confused as to why I can't move images
around. HELP!

Mickey,
If you click on the image do you see selection handles? If not then the
images are in the background. Go to Format - Background - click on
listarrow - Fill effects - Picture tab - you should see the image there. You
will not be able to edit it though only replace it with something else.

If you can't move the images, check the slide master (View > Master > Slide
Master).
If you still can't move the images in the slide master, it means that the
images is a background. One way you can do is to save the background (right
click on the slide, then select save background as), then remove the
background (right click on the slide, select white fill or some other colors,
and click apply to all.) After which, insert the image through Insert >
Picture > From File. This will allow you to move the image.
Note that you will be moving the entire image. Hence, if it is some specfic
targets on the image that you want to move instead, you won't be able to do
this.
