How Do you increased Font on Windows Vista?

I'd like to increase my font on my desktop as well when I go online to my
internet service American online. I don't want to increase my Icon on my
desktop, just the font to a larger size.

I own a HP new notebook and the font on both the desktop and on the
internet is just too small. My notebook carries Windows Vista.

So is it possible to increase the font size on both the desktop and on the
internet?

In addition to those wonderful suggestions, in Internet Explorer 7, click
'Page' > Text Size > choose from 'Smallest to Largest'

For web sites displayed within IE7 you could press the CTRL key and turn
the mouse wheel (if you have one).
