How do you get a QuickTime (mp4 format) video to play in PowerPoin

I am doing a Powerpoint presentation in my BCIS computer class on the
evolution of tasers, and the only video files that I have been able to find
so far (that I have liked) have been Quicktime (mp4 format) videos but these
are not the correct format for Powerpoint. Does anybody know how to either
convert these files to .wma so that Powerpoint will recognize them and play
them, or know of any other program/drivers that will allow Powerpoint to play
Quicktime video files in presentations?

The easy solution is to use QT pro to export the files as an AVI. If you
don't have the pro version do a search on Google for "Quicktime2AVI" for
several free downloads.
