How do you create a link/shortcut in Outlook 2003 Public Folders

In Outlook XP you could either copy a public folder into the Favorites or
copy a link/shortcut that would when selected jump to the Public Folder and
allow you to then browse the Public Folders and any subfolders.

With Outlook 2003 you can Copy the folder and subfolders, Shortcut key is
similiar to copy. How do you create a link/shortcut and allow it jump to the
folder?

I have been trying and do not think this option is available.

FYI: both are a link; there is no copy.

You can create a shortcut to the folder in the Shortcuts Navigation. If you
want to browse through the subfolder as well rightclick the folder in
Favorites-> Properties and select the tab Favorites. Here you can configure
it to show only direct subfolders or all subfolders.

Thanks for your response. I know the options you are describing but my user
wants it to jump to the main Public Folder rather than keep a copy in his
favourites.
We are a Global company with a Public Folder split by Region-Country-City
and our users want to be able to jump to the City rather than copy the
contents to their favorites. This was possible before but not now.

Again; it's not a copy. It's a link to the same Public Folder as in the
Folder List.
