Hi,

Outlook will allow you to compose and send emails in Plain Text, Rich Text or HTML format. To change your default outgoing mail format, open Outlook and click on Tools > Options > Mail
Format , then set the choose format dropdown box to "HTML."

Further to Scott's reply, you then need to create some custom stationery
(which you can do with any HTML editing software) Check Outlook's help for a
few good pointers on creating your own stationary. I'd also advise that if
you do, do not use Word as your email editor for HTML messages (as in my
experience Word cannot fully understand modern HTML)
