how do I write an email in spanish

I frequently write emails to people in Mexico and South
America. I want/need to be able to have the proper punctiation and
characters in my messages. Other than using awkward keyboard commands for
the non-US characters, what can I do? I do also write an equal number of
emails in US English.

You can add additional keyboard layouts and languages by going to Control
Panel-> Regional and Language Options.

No mas. I can't get the punctuation or characters to show up correctly. I
tried changing the dictionary in Outlook, now it crashes every time I try to
run spell check.
