How ever you write it, I would suggest you double-check your spelling
before you mail it.

You have posted this message to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.

I suggest you contact the college for any requirements as to the format
and check with a Microsoft Word newsgroup for assistance in how to reproduce
that format.
