how do I write a letter of intent for applying for a job?

I am applying for a teaching position and the school requires a "letter of
intent." I know what generally the school is asking for but I need a

You're asking in the wrong place. This newsgroup is for people designing
data-interaction Form objects in the database software Microsoft Access, not
for business letter templates.

I suggest that you talk to someone from the school or to someone in the
corresponding office at your school (or a local school) asking what would be
appropriate. That's going to be more productive than some random letter from
somewhere on the Internet.
