How do I view an outlook email sent date in windows explorer view?

I store copies of my Outlook 2003 emails on a hard drive.

When looking at the emails with Windows Explorer (running under Windows XP),
I would like to see in the details view the 'Sent Date' variable, as well as
the 'To' and 'From' variables.

Windows explorer does not list email 'Sent Date', 'To', or 'From' variables
as column choices in the windows explorer details listing view.

How do I view these file attributes in Windows Explorer details view?

You don't. They're not file system attributes. They can be seen only from
within Outlook and you are doing yourself a disservice by thinking that it's
efficient or useful to store mail messages as separate file in a Windows
folder.
