How do I use Outlook's Look for: function to find a phrase?

I want to use the Look for: function to search for a phrase in my email
folders. If I type the phrase: "Microsoft rocks" in Look for: I get all
messages containing "Microsoft" AND all messages containing "rocks" when I
want messages that contain the full phrase "Microsoft rocks."
