How do i unlock???

ok,i get into microsoft office word 2003,its a blank page and try to type,but
nothing shows.at the bottem of the page it says "this document is locked".how
do i unlock it?

Sounds like "reduced functionality mode" either because you have not
activated your Office software or because you have an expired trial version
of Office 2003. What happens if you start Word and click on Help | Activate
Product?

it asks me for a porduct key,(25 digets)but i have no such key,i bout my comp
from costco,micro word was already in it

Then you have a trial version that has expired. If you want to continue to
use Office 2003, you can either purchase a CD key online (there should be a
button for this in the Activate Product dialog box) or purchase a full
version from your favorite retailer. Unfortunately, both options require you
to spend more money.
