How do I turn off (visual basic) design editor when I forward an e

Someone sends me an email that contains say a picture or page from copied
from a website. If I hit reply or forward, the screen changes whatever was
sent into what I can only describe as HTLM craziness - with all kinds of htlm
directions embedded into the thing that was sent. This never used to happen.
It started about a week ago.I think it has to do with one of the
toolbars…………..visual basic or web tools………….But I can’t make it stop!!!!

ALT F9 cured it!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!
