How do I transfer information from outlook to express?

I recently purchased a new laptop and am in the process of transferring my
files. I used Outlook 2003 on the old computer, and the new one uses
Express. How can I import all my old emails/addresses/etc?

On the old computer, open OE and import all your Outlook data. Then go here:

to find out how to transfer that to your new machine.
