How do I transfer History between computers

I see alot of questions on how to delete the history but how can I copy my
history from my old PC to my new one so I can use the autocomplete feature?
Can I just copy the History over (not allowed/protected on my XP box) or
copy/paste them into the registry (don't like that idea)? Can it be done?
I am trying to do this on a Windows 2000 Pro PC that is running IE 6.0.
