how do I sync Outlook 2007 between two PC, Laptop & desktop?

I want to keep Oulook sync on two PCs, including settings, email groups, ect.
I assume copying files back and forth is the only way to do this. Which
files should I copy and which I should not,? pst, dat, and obi are the three
file types I see all under AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook. Both PCs are
Vista. Is there a better way to do this?
