sync Outlook between office computer & laptop

Is there any method other than Exchange? I need to sync Contacts, Calendar,
Tasks, Inbox, and all my folders of saved email, OR any portion of this list
that's possible. Both of my Outlook installations get equal use so copying
and moving .pst files from one to the other is not an option. My email host
will not "leave email on server" so it doesn't matter if I select it in
Outlook or not. Thanks.
