How do I stop E-mail be delivery to Junk E-mail folder

I have E-mail that is I want to receiveing but it always be delivery to "Junk
E-mail folder". Each time when I find the E-mail is tha t I want to
receiving in "Junk E-mail folder", since I click the button of "Not Junk" but
it still be delivery continuely to "Junk E-mai folder". Please help and
teach me how I can fix this problem. Thanks

Add the sender to your Safe Senders list.

I did as your instruction of "Add the sender to your Safe Senders list." but
it is not work, still delivery the e-mail that I want to "Junk E-mail folder.
does it has other way to fix this problem? I use Windows XP SP2, Microsoft
Office 2003. Please help.

You could lower the stringency of the junk mail filter. Other than that, I
don't have any suggestions. Adding a sender to the safe list should cause
the junk mail filter to always pass the message through. At least, that's
what the documentation says.
