How do I show hidden menus?

Ok, so I figured out how to hide menus so my users can't switch to design
mode and mess with the form or look at the actual tables, etc... But, I was
messing with that and set it to hide all my menus in my testing and I am not
yet finished.. so I need back into those hidden menus. How do I get them
back????

Hi Debi

If you hold down the shift key while you open your database, then this will
override the startup options. Then you can go into Tools>Startup and check
"Allow full menus" again.

On the other hand, if you have been really clever, you will have disabled
the shift key. If so, post back for some code to turn it back on.
