How do I set up the Send/Receive frequency in Outlook?

Whenever any of my co-workers and I try to use outlook it does not
send/receive unless we press the button? When I used it at my old job it
used to send/receive every minute and I can't find how to change the
settings...can someone please help.

Tools-Options-Mail Setup-Send and Receive

I figured it out thanks to some of you who replied to other questions. You
didn't exactly respond for the year that I'm using, but it told me where to
look nonetheless.

Try this:
Go to Tools>Send/Receive>Send/Receive Settings>Define Send/Receive groups.

Once you get to this window, under Setting for Group "All Accounts", you
should be able to Schedule an Automatic Send/Receive for a given time period.
