How do I set up OUTLOOK to block non-address book emails?

I want to have all emails incoming from anyone sent immediately to my delete
folder except those addresses I have in my address book. Is this possible
with OUTLOOK? I have OFFICE XP version.

You could do it with a rule.

When a new message arrives, delete it except if the sender is in my Contacts
folder.

I think that choice is there in your version, except if in xxxx Contacts
folder that is.
