How do I set up group emails?

Having different contact groups, I wish to send an email "blast" to each of
them. How can this be accomplished without having to enter each individual
address?

you could use a distribution list in Outlook:

Create a distribution list for each group and then you just type that into
the To field any time you want to email them.

Thank you, I will look into this method. One of the concerns I do have is
that all of the addresses will not see all of the other addresses. Thanks

Thank you Oliver. I'm going to look into this method. I'd like not to have
all the addresses in the group shown to the group. Is this possible?

Dear Kenn,

if you send the email as "BCC" (Blind Carbon Copy) instead of the "To"
field, every contact will get an email only with his email address and not
with the complete list of contacts. In the "To" filed you select your name,
in the "BCC" field the "distribution list".
