How do i set up for multiple email addresses?

Outlook 2000 user. I have 2 email addresses, separate not subs and have tried
to set up 2 profiles. Now it is all muddled up. I have deleted the new
profile and new Internet Email account. When I now open Outlook it asks me
for the 'Microsoft Exchange Server' - I have only 1 PC.

1) How do I fix this
2) how do I set up successfully so that I can send from the different emails?

thanks for the help. My first questions is answered but I am still not sure
how to add the 2nd inbox / mailbox. The tread is a bit vague for Outlook
2000. But nevertheless, I am using filters for the moment. Thanks again.

Does the mail have to be kept separately or can it all come into one inbox?

Kathleen - I am quite happy with one inbox, managing it in fact through
rules. The problem now is that of course I cannot choose from which email
account I am sending the email (haven't found it in Outlook 2000). The reply
works but when I initiate an email it always goes from the default email.
