If the page setup will allow it (this is dictated by the current printer
driver) then set it up there. If not choose a larger standard size and make
up the difference with margins. Some printer drivers allow you to setup non
standard page sizes. Custom sizes in the page setup dialog are rarely
satisfactory as Word will conspire to pick the nearest standard size from
the printer driver.
